Vibration test
Vibration test
The vibration test is the vibration environment impact of the simulated product in the transportation, installation and use environment. This test simulates the products encountered in the transportation, installation and use environment. A vibrational environmental influence used to determine whether a product can withstand various environmental vibrations. Vibration test is to assess the resistance of components, components and the whole machine in the expected transportation and use environment.
The most commonly used vibration modes can be divided into sinusoidal vibration and random vibration. Sinusoidal vibration is a test method often used in the laboratory to simulate the vibration generated by rotation, pulsation, oscillation (appeared on ships, airplanes, vehicles, spacecraft) and product structure resonance frequency analysis and resonance point residence verification. Mainly, it is divided into two types: sweep frequency vibration and fixed frequency vibration. The severity depends on the frequency range, amplitude value and test duration. Random vibration is based on the evaluation of the overall structural seismic strength of the product and the transport environment in the packaged state. The severity depends on the frequency range, GRMS, test duration and axial direction. [2]
The reciprocating motion of an object or particle relative to an equilibrium position is called vibration. Vibration is divided into sinusoidal vibration, random vibration, composite vibration, scanning vibration, and fixed-frequency vibration. The main parameters describing vibration are: amplitude, velocity, and acceleration. Single frequency sine.
