Test purposes

In order to improve test efficiency, reduce test time, increase environmental stress (such as temperature) and working stress (voltage, load, etc. applied to the product), speed up the test process and shorten the life test time of the product or system, so it is used to determine the quality of the finished product. The test time has also increased a lot. Evaluate the tightness of solid-state components, accelerate product aging, and shorten test cycles.
