Solar spectrum simulation test


Aging detection is a part of reliability testing. It is a process of simulating the conditions of the products in the actual use conditions to test the aging of the products. The aging test mainly refers to the thermal aging test of rubber, plastic products, electrical insulating materials and other materials; or the aging test for electronic components and plasticized products. Aging test is divided into temperature aging, sunlight irradiation aging, loading aging, etc.


The solar spectrum simulation test uses a xenon arc lamp that simulates a full-sunlight spectrum to reproduce destructive light waves in different environments, providing environmental simulation and accelerated testing for scientific research, product development, and quality control.


Aging test project:


Artificial weathering, ultraviolet aging test, ozone aging test, damp heat aging test, xenon lamp aging test, carbon arc lamp aging test, etc.
