Mold test
Mold test considerations
Precautions before mold test:
The first item: Because the mold mainly investigates the material of the sample. Therefore, most of the customers have taken the samples that have been cut. Sometimes it is difficult to distinguish each sample from the outside. This requires us to check the model name and number of each sample with the customer, and make a record to distinguish.
The second item: When the customer handing over the sample, first make a simple observation of the appearance of the sample. Look carefully at the appearance of the sample for scratches and paint, and keep a record.
The third item: The general customer has done different anti-mildew treatment before the sample is tested for mold. We need to know the method and time of anti-mildew treatment. In particular, some products have some pungent taste when they are taken over. These pungent volatile substances are likely to kill mold during the test, which causes the whole test to fail.
The fourth item: To understand the cleaning method before the sample test, if the customer requires alcohol treatment, then it is necessary to know with the customer whether the alcohol will affect the mildew treatment. If there is any impact, it is recommended that customers do not use alcohol. If it is not affected, it is necessary to explain to the customer that the mold test can be carried out after 72 hours of alcohol treatment.
